Unlock all levels and mazes
At the menu screen (the one with new game, load game etc) input the following code to unlock all the levels and all of the 3D maze games.
Note that the code must be entered quickly.

Unlockables
Unlock Nightmare Difficulty
To Unlock Nightmare Difficulty you must complete each cup on hard mode. You also have to come in first at the end of the cup. You don't have to come in first on each race, just get a gold at the end. This includes the Rally Cup.
